Offices for 60 people will be built next year next to the logistics complex of DHL

IPEC Group will build the administrative building with an area of 1.100 m2 for DHL. The building will be built next to the current complex of DHL in D1 Park Bratislava/Senec. The building as well as the parcel will stay in the ownership of one of the companies belonging to the IPEC Group and DHL will rent it on a long-term basis. The expected amount of the investment is about 1.4 million EUR.

The construction of the new building should start in October and it should be handed over to the tenant in April 2012.
